Welcome to my blog! 

My name is Robyn and I'm a 21 year old Textiles & Surface Pattern Design student. I'll be using this blog as a visual diary for my creative process. I am designing interior fabrics and wallpapers inspired by wild flowers; below are some photos I have taken from the Southport Flower Show to begin producing observational drawings and paintings from. My aim while taking these photos was not just to observe the shape of individual flowers, but to also capture the mixture of colours in each display.
